Q: How long does it take to get my agency setup?
A: IQM2 can setup your agency in one business day.
Q: Does my agency need to purchase any additional equipment such as servers?
A: MinuteTraq is a hosted service. Your agency doesn’t need to purchase or maintain any servers because we provide both the servers and the maintenance.
Q: Can my agency disable the link to TownClerk.com?
A: Of course, but when you see how much it offers your citizens, we doubt you will want to.
Q: Is MinuteTraq secure?
A: Yes. We have taken many steps to ensure that your data is secure. For example, all data that is transmitted to and from the MinuteTraq client is 128-bit SSL encrypted. This is the same encryption strength used by major banks to secure your online banking.
Q: My agency is split into separate buildings, can MinuteTraq accommodate this setup?
A: MinuteTraq can work from any location. You can work from home. Your town attorneys and remote departments can connect from their locations. MinuteTraq is not bound by a single location.
Q: My town is small, is MinuteTraq affordable to smaller agencies?
A: We have special pricing for smaller agencies. We want to make MinuteTraq available to any agency regardless of their size.
Q: How do you support agencies all over the country?
A: IQM2 uses GoToMeeting remote support technology to allow us to see exactly what you are seeing on your desktop. It also allows us to remotely control your PC if you require and authorize it. This allows use to quickly determine if there is a problem and then resolve it.
