link your projects and agenda items to segments of the recordings. This provides
a complete record whereby anyone with permissions could open a project or
initiative and immediately watch the part of the meeting where that agenda item
was discussed. It can also provide a way for someone to catch up on a meeting
they missed by letting them watch the meeting and as a project or document is
being discussed they can appear on the screen as the meeting is played. This can
