Customer Privacy Policy

We do NOT use customer information for solicitations nor do we share customer information with outside companies or entities for marketing or any reason. All IQM2 employees sign a confidentiality agreement and a very limited number of employees have access to the datacenter with customer information.

Our software solutions store passwords in a non-reversible hash so that user logins can be authenticated, but IQM2 employees can NOT look at or retrieve passwords. All production servers are in a Tier-1 datacenter which is under armed guard and all electronic access to the customer data is performed through 128-bit SSL encryption which is the same used by online banks.
